Home from the Boundary Waters for a few days. May/June in the Boundary Waters — think wind, rain, cold. We loved it! I had a lot of time to study the intricate patterns and textures of nature including this piece of red pine bark.

I’m home for a few days between trips. Just enough time to let you know, applause and kudos to all of the artists and patrons involved, that Fiberart For A Cause was one of the Nationwide Top Ten Fundraisers for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life in 2006.
I accepted the award on your behalf while I was in Minnesota. Kristin has been patiently waiting for me to visit. Here’s a photo.
