The Invitational Reverse Auction to benefit the American Cancer Society opens tomorrow, March 9, with a special Gold Donor Day. 100% of the funds raised by this event are donated directly to the American Cancer Society.

The Gold Donor Day is for those special art patrons who can’t bear to see their favorite piece of fiber art go to the regular Reverse Auction, March 12-16, or are strong supporters of the American Cancer Society.

Gorgeous art quilts, wearable art and an art doll have been donated by these generous artists: Jane Davila, Jamie Fingal, Mary Beth Frezon, Lynn Krawczyk, Heidi Miracle-McMahill, Carol Moore, Scott Murkin, Cynthia St. Charles, Sarah Ann Smith and Elin Waterston.

The artwork above, Home Is Where Your Story Begins, is by Jamie Fingal.

This is an annual event sponored by Fiberart For A Cause. We have already donated over $125,000 to the American Cancer Society.
