Four Hundred Songbirds appears in “Wrapped in a Quilt for a Cause” by Dawn Goldsmith in the April 2007 issue of Quilters’ World magazine. The article is based on the exhibit curated by thelma smith, Changing the World One Thread at a Time.

The March/April issue of Cloth Paper Scissors magazine is out with my article, “Variations on a Theme — Printing and using tissue paper in collage.” Here is a series I did with screenprinted tissue paper and beeswax.

And on a related note, Ruthie Powers of Texas is shipping me a vintage iron she found in a thrift store. No steam holes, so it is perfect for working with wax. Thanks, Ruthie!
